Once you've completed your brand setup, team members may be added and changed within the 'Team Settings' page. This information will be automatically applied to all personalised documentation. Prior to generating a personalised document, simply select the team member that you would like applied.

A team may currently have up to 6 team member profiles. If your require more team member profiles for your brand, please get in touch with us.

Team fields

For each team member associated with your brand, the following information may be applied:

Your team is specific to a selected brand. Before you begin to establish your team, make sure you have the appropriate brand selected in the top left of the Brandsynth application.

To add and/or modify your brand's team at any time, select 'Team Settings' within the side bar menu. There will already be a default/fictional team member created as stated above. For your first team member, you should select 'Edit' on the default team member card and update the fields appropriately. Once complete, click 'Update' to save the changes. For all additional team members, click the '+ New Person' button, specify the required fields appropriately, and save your changes.

After you initially set up a brand, a default team member will be used. We do this so that you receive a more accurate and instantaneous preview of your branded documentation and visual assets. You will be alerted to change these fields if you haven't already done so prior to requesting a download.
